      目的:研究复方伤痛胶囊对大鼠桡骨骨折愈合的影响。方法: SD大鼠40只,随机取8只作为空白组,剩余32只大鼠戊巴比妥钠腹腔麻醉,用骨剪剪断桡骨,造成双侧标准骨折动物模型。随机将骨折模型大鼠分为模型组、伤科接骨片组(阳性药组,0.45 g·kg-1)、复方伤痛胶囊低、高剂量组(0.25 g·kg-1,0.5 g·kg-1);连续给药30 d后腹主动脉取血,置于肝素钠抗凝的试管内,用以检测全血粘度、血浆粘度及红细胞聚集数;另留出血样,测定碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、D-二聚体含量;脱颈椎处死后取骨折处标本,一侧先取一半拍X片,其余用石蜡包埋,HE染色,另一侧用于骨矿含量和骨密度检测。结果:复方伤痛胶囊能有效的降低血液粘度和红细胞聚集数(P<0.01或P<0.05),可使BALP水平得到改善(P<0.05),能降低血液中VEGF及D-二聚体的含量(P<0.05),同时也能促进肉芽细胞、骨小梁、骨组织的增长,进而促进骨愈合。结论:复方伤痛胶囊具有调节骨组织修复及再生作用,能改善病变组织血液循环,促进肉芽细胞、骨小梁、骨组织的增长,加快骨折的愈合。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the effect of Fu-Fang-Shang-Tong capsules on the healing of radius fracture in rats. Methods: Among 40 Sprague Dawley rats, 8 were randomly selected as blank group, the remaining 32 were intraperitoneally anaesthetized with nembutal to cut the radius with a bone shear, resulting in the animal model of two-sided standard fracture. The successfully modelled rats were randomly divided into groups of model, positive drug (0.45 g·kg-1) and Fu-Fang-Shang-Tong capsules at low-dose and high-dose (0.25 g·kg-1, 0.5 g·kg-1), the drugs were given respectively by intragastric administration once a day for 30 days, then blood samples were taken from the abdominal aortas, placed in test tubes containing heparin sodium for anticoagulation, to detect the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and the number of erythrocyte aggregation. Blood samples were also determined for levels of bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and D-Dimer. After cervical spondylolysis, specimens of fracture on one side were taken for paraffin embedding and HE staining, those of the other side were for bone mineral content and bone density tests. Results: The Fu-Fang-Shang-Tong capsules significantly reduced the blood viscosity and the number of erythrocyte aggregation (P<0.01 or P<0.05), resuced blood levels of bone alkaline phosphatase (P<0.05), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and D-Dimer (P<0.05), and promoted the growth of granulation cells, bone trabecula and bone tissue, which promotes bone healing. Conclusion: Fu-Fang-Shang-Tong capsules may regulate the repair and regeneration of bone tissue, improve the blood circulation of diseased tissues and accelerate the healing of fractures.
